CONFERENCE:

What does my ticket price include?
Your ticket to The Essential Conference includes a full day of keynotes and panel discussions by visionary female leaders. It also includes healthful meals, snacks and refreshments from Era Bistro and an afternoon bubbly break. Your experience at The Essential will also include a headshot lounge, a beauty bar, a pop up shop and much more. We're also so excited to provide every attendee an incredible swag bag. Expect to be wow'ed!

When will the event schedule be released?
The final event schedule will be released in the coming months.

What should I bring?
Bring yourself and an open, learning + open mind and a stack of business cards (if applicable!). You're going to meet tons of like-minded women. But also please bring your confirmation (either on your phone or printed), and your ID.

Is there a minimum age requirement?
While there is no age restriction, The Essential Conference is geared to women or those who self-identify as women of a working age.

Is there parking at the Canadian Museum of Human Rights?
There is daily paid parking available at The Forks and we encourage attendees to car pool. Alternately, The Forks National Historic Site is well-connected by public transportation.

What's the refund policy?
All sales are final, but if you're unable to attend, The Essential Conference tickets may be transferred to another person (with a $25 + GST administration fee.)

Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Tickets can be transferred to another person (with a $25 + GST administration fee) by contacting us at hello@theessentialplatform.com. Please include the name, full contact information and company for the new registrant.

Can diet restrictions be accommodated?
We are working with our caterer ERA Bistro on a healthful menu that will consider a variety of dietary needs. Limited dietary substitutions may be made in advance. However, our caterer has advise that ERA Bistro is NOT a nut-free, gluten-free or fish/seafood-free kitchen. While precautions are taken, they are unable to guarantee that cross contamination will not occur.

Can I volunteer for The Essential Conference?
If there is a need for volunteers, we'll let our social community know first. Please keep an eye there.

How will seating be determined at the events?
VIP ticket holders will have reserved seating. General Admission seats will be on a first come, first served basis.
